6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bee365's bonus and promotion offers are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant Promotions Page.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and is available to each member once.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, you must meet the specified wagering multiplier (typically 15x–30x).
• If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected — including use of multiple accounts or collecting bonuses through family members — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• If the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed, bee365 will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to appeal. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

9 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or complaints will be handled through the following process:

• Step Two: The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step Three: Complex cases will be escalated to the management team, with a final decision provided within 7 business days.

Bee365's decisions are considered final, though members retain the right to appeal through the licensing authority.

10 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Bee365 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified by email or via the platform at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Minor changes may take effect without prior notice.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
